Hot on the scene boasting some of the plumpest productions on the market, Alex Saldana, also known by Uhnk, is a producer that lets his work speak for himself. Molding a stylistically gritty concoction of a diverse array of genres, he’ll leave your dopamine receptors firing at maximum capacity, ecstasy for the mind in the form of fresh frequencies. His debut EP DIY Reality, was a bright stand-out among the early bass music releases of the year, of which we had the great pleasure of premiering the major stand-out ‘This Finger.’ Now, Uhnk bounds back with yet another piping hot piece that’s practically an audible performance booster in the form of ‘New Levels.’
From the moment ‘New Levels’ reaches 0:01, your speakers will be purring like a feline receiving only the freshest of head-rubs. The top-tier level of production is no surprise, as this piece is a delicacy on the ears, sporting a robust fullness and wild vocals that will abduct your body for as long as it’s gracing the airwaves. The vocal sample “it’s a revolution, it’s a movement” proudly showcases his agenda; making people move using solely noise. With many more future releases already planned, Uhnk should surely turn into a crowd favorite among the bass music community sooner rather than later.

DRMWVR’s debut EP on Muti Music, takes the listener on an otherworldly journey, where cultures have fused, there is universal adaptation of Hip Hop and Dubstep beats and people are possibly tripping balls or otherwise uniquely open minded, with a common grasp for melody and funk. We are really excited to hear a lot more from DRMWVR, his fresh and playful way of working with urban genres is both uplifting and inspiring.
DRMWVR is a Santa Cruz based music producer, DJ, and multimedia visual artist. His creations blur the lines between many styles, cultures, and times. Somehow DRMWVR manages to weave together an aesthetic and sound that feel both dreamy and dark, tribal and futuristic, earthy and otherworldly. By drawing people into these liminal spaces, his art invites others to walk between realms, and to cultivate their dreams into their lived reality.

FRQ NCY has given us a taste of his upcoming EP with a new track, “Love + Hate,” which offers “a more melodic and uplifting vibe to provide some dynamicness and diversity to the forthcoming EP,” says the producer himself.
The track immediately entices with its angelic intro, and then assaults with its devilish bass that hits in just the right frequencies. Similar to the polar emotions felt from both ends of the love spectrum, the contrasting sounds fight back and forth with one another to create a harmonious balance. The glitchy details and dreamy synths give the song a liquid feel, which will start to make you feel like melting away.
“It’s different from the other tracks on the EP,” he adds, “but it fits nicely regarding the concept I wanted to bring.”
After hearing the equally vibey and heavy moods of “Love + Hate,” we can’t wait to see what FRQ NCY has in store for the rest of his forthcoming release.

Despite having just released the massive DIY Reality Ep , Chicago native UHNK , is now back in seek of more success with fellow producer leet. Nashville native , Harrison McCord , is no stranger to danger when it comes to the world of free form bass lines within the rising underground community. The clash of these two titans has just birthed to the rise of yet another heater. Its safe to say there will probably be a demand for more after fans hear how thick this tune came out.
The track is titled Bassline in which it delivers a fresh blend of audio manipulation from both styles of production. The amount of twist and turns the song took within a 3:05 minute threshold was nothing short of pure bliss. All that’s left is to hear this bad boy get played on a fitting system that can successfully output all the articulate sounds within the structure of its drop. The vocal work that was incorporated is proof that when great minds work together results will surely exceed any expectation.

Alex Saldana, or UHNK, has already had major success in 2020 with the release of his debut EP DIY Reality, which we had the pleasure of premiering ‘This Finger‘ from, here on FUXWITHIT. Captivating countless fans of gritty, expertly crafted bass music, he’s showcased a sound that is sure to carry him to major success. Now, he’s partnered with the fantastically trappy leet, to bring the masses ‘Bassline,’ a track that will bend your speakers in ways you didn’t even know possible.
From the moment the first purr of low-end from ‘Bassline’ swifly exits through your speaker holes, you’ll be gripped by the full-bodied texture and seemingly entrancing vocal chops. Once you’re firmly in its clutches, the vocals change to “underground,” and I couldn’t agree any more. This piece is a true testament to the heart and soul of the underground experimental scene, with industrial levels of polish and attention to detail accompanying forward-thinking subwoofer workout regimes. For those with souped up sound systems at home or in their vehicles, ‘Bassline’ will surely be a true audible delight with its legitimately ludicrous low frequencies. Make sure to keep a keen eye on both UHNK and leet for the rest of the year, as you never know what these two madmen could whip-up next. For now, check out ‘Bassline’ for yourself below!
